Hello Steemians, today I would like to share my homemade recipes which you can cook at home. It is Chinese cuisine and I hope you like it. Here is my homemade recipe. Simple and delicious, I’m going to share with you all and It’s called “Stuffed Taufu Pok”. I like everything to get stuffed.. Hehehe
– Taufu Pok
– Pork Meat
– Dry Bean Curd
– 10 Gloves of Garlic
– 1 Litres of Water
– 4 pinches of Salts
– 2 tablespoon of CornStarch Flour
– 3 – 4 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
– 5 – 6 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
– Cut the Taufu Pok into half
– Slice the Garlic to bring out the garlic aroma
– Cut the pork meat into a size so it is easy to use the chopper knife to chop it into a minced meat
– Prepare the cooking pot
The combination of garlic and pork meat is just perfect in this dish as it enhances the smell and aroma of the dish. First of all, take the Pork meat, mix it with Garlic and 4 pinches of Salt. Put it into the chopping board and get your chopper knife ready. Chop Chop Chop it until it’s become minced meat. You need to have a lot of energy to chop it.
Next, we are going to mix all the flavouring ingredients. Get a medium size of the bowl, add the minced pork, the cornstarch flours, soy sauce & oyster sauce and mix it all together using a spoon until smooth. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes to get all the flavour into the minced pork, if you’re not in a hurry you can marinate it up to One Hour. Flavouring ingredients measurement is based on your taste bud and also the amount of serving which you can add more or add less.
Now, after the marinate we are going to stuff the flavouring mixed minced pork into the Taufu Pok. Prepare your big cooking pot and it is show time! Put all of the stuffed Taufu Pok into the pot accordingly, put the dry bean curd top of the stuffed Taufu Pok to sweeten the dish, pour 1 litre of water and you’re ready to switch on the fire now to cook for 45 minutes.
There you have it, the simple, easy to prepares and tasty dishes for a bachelor like me. it’s time to dine on the dishes. Yummyyyyy..
