Hello Steemians 🙂
Today, I would like to introduce you to one of my plant collection which know as Flap Jack. The scientific name of Flap Jack is Kalanchoe Thyrsyfolia Succulent. This succulent is very popular because of the colour of its leaves and its paddle-shaped leaves that is staked.
Flap Jack plant can survive either indoor or outdoor as long as it can receive plenty of sunlight. It can tolerate some shade but still prefer to have full sun. Cold night temperatures extend the life of the flower. You don’t have to frequently water Flap Jack, only water after the soil had become slightly dry to the touch because too much watering will lead to rot.
As for fertilizer, you don’t have to put a lot of it because Flap Jack plant is not a heavy feeder. I use a slow-release fertilizer which is specified for use on succulents. Insects is super annoying and I hate it especially when I have to remove it with my bare hand. Sometimes the insects are too small and I can’t even see it.
That all for my post today.
