Bitter Gourd with Minced Pork

Hello Steemians, sorry that I have been not posting for some time because I’m busy learning and studying about the Tarot Card that I just got for myself. Today I’m going to share a simple recipe with you all since I’m cooking today. It’s a Chinese home cook dish called the Bitter Gourd stuff with Minced Pork. Here we go with the ingredients and step by step so you can try the recipe at home too.

### Ingredients
– Bitter Gourd
– Minced Pork
– 6 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 3 tablespoon corn flour
– 4 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon white pepper powder
– 2 pinches of salts
– 1 Litre of plain water


First of all, you need to marinate the minced pork with soy sauce, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, corn flour, and 2 pinches of salt in a big bowl. After you put all ingredients then you need to mix it either using a spoon or your hand. Then left it to marinate for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile, you can start to cut the bitter gourd. Each of the bitter gourds has its seeds, you must pull out the seeds and throw it because bitter gourd seeds cannot eat. Cut the bitter gourds into the shape where you can stuff the minced pork later. Don’t forget to wash the bitter gourd too.

After half an hour of marinating the minced pork, then it is time to stuff the minced pork into each of the bitter gourds. Fill it with all the minced pork into the bitter gourds. Prepare a big pot on the gas stove, pour the 1 litre of water and start boiling it. After boiling the water, you can put the bitter gourds into the pot and close it. Make sure you have your timer ready and set it to 30 minutes cooking time.

It is simple and easy to cook, not to forget it tastes good too. If you want it to be even tastier, you can marinate the minced pork for 3 hours.
